Engagement Events
Urban Tree Plantings & Care
TreePeople is working with a number of local cities to bring much needed shade trees to these urban communities. Planting and caring for young trees is a great way to get outdoors and help in the effort to combat urban heat.
TreePeople will lead your team and provide all the necessary tools and leadership support for a safe and successful experience.
Events run from 9am to Noon.
Available locations and type of event (tree planting or care) depend on the location, and vary by season.
See Required Donation below for cost.
Mountain Restoration
TreePeople has a long history of work in our region’s local mountains. Help us restore our local ecosystems by planting and watering native plants and removing non-native, invasive vegetation. We are currently working in several locations including the Angeles National Forest restoring an area that burned in the Copper fire, as well as several locations in the Santa Monica Mountains.
TreePeople will lead your team and provide all the necessary tools and leadership support for a safe and successful experience.
Events run from 9am to Noon.
Available locations depend on the size of your group, and specific tasks vary by season.

Coldwater Canyon Park Beautification
TreePeople’s beautiful 45-acre Coldwater Canyon Park headquarters is located atop Mulholland Drive and Coldwater Canyon where hikers, cyclists and school children enjoy trails, trees and views. It’s a peaceful oasis in the middle of our urban jungle.
Join us for a Park Beautification Day to maintain the trails, remove invasive plants, water trees, and more.
