Volunteering with TreePeople doesn’t end with urban forestry and mountain restoration. We have a number of different ways for you to help us while you build skills in public speaking, office administration, park maintenance, and photography.
Coldwater Canyon Park Work Days
Enjoy the fresh outdoors as you work with staff and other volunteers to keep our park healthy and beautiful. Help clear trails, remove invasive plants, spread mulch, help us prepare for upcoming urban forestry events and more.
Park Work Days take place on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the second Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Volunteers of all ages and skill levels are welcome, no previous training is necessary.
We need your help at our headquarters! If you haven’t visited us before, you’re in for a treat. We’re located in scenic Coldwater Canyon Park, an LA City park on the ridgeline between Studio City and Beverly Hills. Our various departments always appreciate the support, and you’ll have the opportunity to work in a unique office environment-- our yurts! Imagine going to work here at the park for a few hours followed by a nice walk on our trails to unwind!
