TreePeople has completed six demonstration projects using technologies that mimic the “sponge-and-filter” function of trees. We carefully integrate these technologies into our projects, so they work in concert with existing trees and new vegetation. All six projects show innovative solutions for alleviating many of our region’s resource problems – solutions that help increase our local supplies of fresh water, reduce air pollution and decrease energy use.
