Each autumn TreePeople hosts An Evening Under the Harvest Moon—a spectacular and much-anticipated gala attended by hundreds of our major donors, corporate friends, the entertainment and environmental communities, and government officials.
This year, we came together on Saturday, September 24th to celebrate the people and partnerships that have helped us transform Los Angeles into a greener city.

The inspiring honors program was co-hosted by celebrity couple Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna, with outstanding entertainment provided by Sara and Sean Watkins of the GRAMMY© Award-winning band Nickel Creek.
The evening began with a one-of-a-kind cocktail hour featuring signature appetizers and drinks as well as live music from LA Hootenanny. And, our biggest highlight of the evening: TreePeople Founder and President, Andy Lipkis’ annual State of the Forest Address.
