TreePeople's board of directors brings a wealth of experience and diverse insight to govern our growing organization. Andy Lipkis, President and Founder, and Tom Hansen, Executive Director, report directly to the board of directors.

We are sad to announce that Lee Lipkis, father to TreePeople’s Andy Lipkis, passed away on November 13, 2009. Lee was a founding board member of TreePeople, and in the early 1970s he and his wife Joyce nurtured the fledging organization at their kitchen table when Andy was just 15 years old. The Lipkis family requests donations be made to TreePeople. We’ll miss you Lee!
